Keeping our employees safe, healthy and engaged is one of our main priorities. Therefore, we want to create a work environment that underlines this priority.
We prioritize continuous employee engagement through feedback collection, driving actionable insights for sustainability. We gather insights via two surveys: one on employee well-being and another assessing trust, pride, and collaboration (Great Place To Work).
Every five years, a well-being survey guides us in creating a focused action plan for improvement. We commit to ongoing employee feedback and enabling managers with insights for team engagement. Additionally, we've developed the "Cheers!" platform in response to the 2021 Great Place To Work survey, fostering global internal communication and connecting all Duvel Moortgat employees.
Safe work environment
The health and safety of our employees is paramount. We prioritize safety across all operations, from brewing to transportation and machinery use. Intensive training, workshops, and a robust safety network foster a strong safety culture. We empower employees to identify and address unsafe behavior, with managers setting the example and ensuring rule compliance through training and safety initiatives.
