The coffee liqueur blends the artisanal distillation expertise of Dada Chapel with the natural flavours of WAY Specialty Coffee. Its base is a distinctive coffee from the WAY range: Brazil Bota Fora, a naturally processed single origin with rich chocolate notes and a smooth finish.
Dada Chapel uses its signature potato vodka, made from organic Belgian potatoes. To this, ground Brazilian specialty coffee beans are added and macerated together.
WAY and Dada Chapel worked closely to achieve the perfect infusion. According to the jury, the result is “an elegant and well-balanced coffee liqueur with warm aromas of dark chocolate.
